It nourishes the cells, fills the stomach and dulls the feeling of hunger!
It also makes the metabolism work at full strength and digest the right amount of food, that is, even harmful and excess food is not converted into fat and is not deposited in problem areas.
You need to drink water 20 minutes before a meal of 450-500 ml, if at first it seems difficult, start with 300 ml and gradually bring to half a liter.
Don’t be afraid - water does not stretch the stomach, it fills it (and the extra one is excreted), so you will eat less, not more :)
I drank water, after 20 minutes you can start eating.
There is one more rule - eat slowly. So you will definitely understand when you are full and eat less than usual.
Water before meals + slow meal = you eat about 1/3 less.
You consume fewer calories - less need to burn to lose weight.
And if you connect at least 15,000 steps a day to your diet + 2-3 times a week at home, the result will be amazing.
According to personal experience - in two weeks of such a diet and intense training, minus 3 cm at the waist (59 cm), 5 cm at the hips (88) and minus 6 kg on the scales - the result is excellent!
